Boutique pickup (free)
Pick up your order free at 4058 109 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T3N 2B2 during store hours (Mon–Fri: 11:15 AM – 7:00 PM; Sat–Sun: 11:15 AM – 7:15 PM). Bring your receipt email or phone number to the counter.
Delivery
Flat rates, shown before you pay: Alberta $20 (free over $150), rest of Canada $25, USA & international $30 CAD. Estimates: Alberta 2–4 business days, Canada 3–7, USA/international 5–10. International customers see and pay in their own currency at checkout. We message you on WhatsApp when your order ships.
Returns — all sales final
Because most pieces are one of a kind, all sales are final and we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — that's on us.
Rental returns
