What we collect
When you shop or contact us we collect only what your order needs: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. If you join our newsletter you may also share your birthday month and day so we can send your birthday treat. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare and deliver your order, send your receipt, apply the loyalty and discount rewards you have earned (they are tied to your email), and — only if you subscribe — send you sale and event offers. Photos you share through Share & Earn are shown on our website only after you submit them for that purpose and we approve them; first names only.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the shop: Stripe (payments), WhatsApp (when you message us), our email and SMS providers (order receipts and alerts), and Google/Elfsight (review widgets). We never sell your information to anyone.
Your choices
